So try something different this year. Ditch the two week stint at the gym and find a system that will give you workouts in your home for months to come, nutrition that will help you get real results, and support that will make the whole process fun and exciting.
This isn’t a quick fix though… this is real work. But real work is the only thing that will get you results. That and nutrition. So learning about nutrition will be the other BIG focus in our group.
The folks over at Beach Body are releasing a new Shaun T. Workout DVD series bearing the title: Insanity Max: 30. Due to release in December 2014, there is more than likely going to be a lot of hype leading-up to the launch date and if you are a fan of Insanity, or Focus T25, this will be a Beach Body program worthy of adding to your insanity max 30.The Max: 30 program has a different format than both Insanity and Focus T25, although it does share the shorter length of workout duration like that of T25. On the other hand, the intensity of the workouts in the series are on par, if not even more extreme than what we are used to from Insanity albeit shorter sessions.Based on what I have seen, the first workout is designed to be much like the Fit Test from Insanity. This will help you determine how strong (fit) you are before starting the series.
After listening to one of Shaun T’s pep talks, he states (paraphrasing here…) “It’s OK to MAX out… and guess what, if you really push yourself, dig deep down, and push yourself, then you WILL shaun t max 30. And that’s OK. You have to find your own personal barrier, and then break past that barrier, that’s how you’re going to get results. That’s how you’ll succeed. You are the competition. No one else. We’re all different, we all have different strengths and weaknesses.
